We also have a set of 8 round tables and 64 chairs that is available for the 20' x 40' tents that rents for $160.00 which includes delivery when rented with one of our tents. (RATE - $13 per table and $1.00 per chair ) Tables and chairs can be rented separately and picked up at our store or delivered by us for an additional $25 delivery charge. We have added a new 20' x 20' frame tent to our lineup. This is a wide open design with no center pole and 8' sides which really gives you a lot of room. The tent is all white with a single peak roof design. Ideal for setups over driveways or anywhere that is difficult to drive stakes into the ground.

We have a frame tent for use on setups where it is not possible to drive stakes. This tent is ideal for setups in parking lots etc. The tent is 20' x 30'.

General Information: Tents are normally set up on the day before and taken down on the day after the agreement date. In June, during Open House season, however, Sunday rentals are sometimes put up early in the morning on Sunday (7AM-9AM) and Saturday rentals are taken down early Sunday morning (6AM-8AM). In all cases we will call on Wednesday prior to the date to confirm setup and take down times.

Two sides are provided separately in a bag for each tent. In the event that they are needed they can be quickly attached. The tent installation crew will review the procedure with you during setup.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the customers responsibility to clean tables and chairs before and after your event! We try to keep them clean but it is not always possible, due to weather and scheduling. So plan to clean them before you use them!!

We provide discounts if you need more than one tent for your event call for an estimate.

Our tents require stakes to be driven in the ground as part of the installation so they can not normally be put up on concrete or ashpalt if the span is more than the width of the tent. If you have any questions please call and we will come and inspect your location if necessary. It is your responsibility to mark the location of any underground sprinklers or utility lines prior to the tent installation.
